After you contact us we quickly arrange a meeting to decide what course(s) are best suited to your requirements.  We will want to know what impact you are trying to achieve and what type of business issues your employees face. If you wish we can take samples of your data so that we can incorporate these into the training material.

• Pre training assesment

If you are not sure what level of training your staff need then we can administer a pre-training Assessment Questionnaire. This helps us to place each individual at a level appropriate to his/hers skills and knowledge. 

• Where and how do we do the training ?

Usually we conduct training in our fully equipped training facilities which can accommodate up to 12 students. Our training centre is situated in the Acropolis area of Nicosia.

We can also do on-site training and we cooperate with the  Frederick Institute of Technology , which has a suite of training rooms for larger training events.

In our experience, in order to achieve the best impact,  training courses should be broken down into short sessions. This enables students to practice their new skills before returning to the classroom. Therefore, our courses tend to consist of 3 - 4 hours sessions.
   

The timing of the training is up to you. At our training facilities we offer morning, afternoon and evening sessions. Sessions at the Frederick Institute of Technology are available in the late afternoon, evening and weekend.
